Description
Construction of a new underground stair-lift shaft at the “Casa Pan” property in Lugano. The intervention involves the cutting of the existing concrete stairs, the demolition of some non-load-bearing brick false walls, the cutting of the existing foundations/bases and the underlaying in stages according to the construction site needs. At the end of the excavation phase, the construction of two reinforced concrete stair ramps and a shaft for a lift and/or lifting platform is planned.
